The FIM's initiative, to preserve and promote the historical and technological heritage of motorcycle racing through a program to certify the originality of old racing motorcycles is, in my opinion, interesting and deserves to be supported.

As a lover of racing in all its forms and disciplines - with a predilection for Endurance - and as a graduate in modern history, I can only encourage the work just begun by the FIM, wishing its full success.

In a world marked by disinformation and fake news, where history is abused and exploited at every turn, preserving and handing down the historical memory for those who will come after us is a commitment and a duty.

Even if, after all, we are only talking about our beloved GP motorcycles...
